"But boring doesn’t care about your age. Your customers don’t check your bio when your servers crash. They check if you answer support tickets."

No business was built on one and dones

I think it all started with the paper “attention is all you need”.

I would say; retention is all you need. Own the moment and grow it forward.

"In recent weeks, I saw three founders shipped identical AI sales tools. Same GPT wrapper. Same features. Same pricing. One got seven hundred thousand views on their launch tweet. Raised a pre-seed off that thread. The other two got nothing."

Seems like the most recent method of building products.

One has to wonder: Why do investors fall for that? I mean, I understand that they're always on the lookout for the next mega-unicorn. But it's like they repeat the same mistake over and over again.

Anyone understanding two things about economics behind AI infrastructure would look at Lovable's shiny ARR charts and would be like, "Yeah, cool, but how much money do you actually *lose* on an average customer?"

And yet they raise a ton in Series A soon after. It's like Photoroom story yet again ( https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7369000669422292992/ ), just at a bigger scale.

It. Is. Not. Sustainable.
